Don’t Sweat the “Small” Stuff

applesSomeone recently asked our salesperson what makes intertrac different? After all, if you compare our software to our competitors’ products, they all have similar features with slightly different approaches.

They call it “workflow”, we call it “business processes”. 

They call it “email threading”, we call it “query”. 

You get the idea.

So if you’re comparing the products’ main features and getting apples for apples, what makes intertrac CRM software stand out from the others?  

 

We believe intertrac is different because we are a small business.

 

We’re the first ones to tell you that ComputerWorks is not a big box store. intertrac has been built from the ground up by our small business, and we take care of our intertrac customers like only a small business can.

That means…

You get personal and friendly support.

If you call our office, a live person answers the phone. (And it’s usually the very person you’re looking for.)

You’ll get to know your onsite technician and support representative as they regularly stop by your office to make sure everything is good.

You are not a number. We know each of our customers and most of their users by name.  

We will listen to you. Really. 

And just so you know, we’ve been doing this a long time. intertrac is a mature and robust software, and was first installed in the Governor's Office back in 1994. Over the years, we’ve had a lot of requests and suggestions on how to make intertrac better. We have actively listened to our customers and incorporated their ideas into the product.

As a matter of fact, many of the best intertrac features were designed based on customer feedback. And when you see it work, you think “Well, that makes sense,” because the intertrac community has really helped design it over the years. 

So don't sweat the "small" stuff. We think it's actually a perk.
